Meet Coach Eve
Healthy living is personal. There is no single, one-size-fits-all solution for living well.
Relying on willpower—or feeling like you “should” do something—can only take you so far. My goal as your coach is to help you uncover your authentic why for healthy living and identify habits you genuinely want to incorporate into your life.
My approach is life-centered and grounded in the real world. Together, we focus on finding practical ways—both large and small—to build habits around stress management, sleep, nutrition, and physical activity that actually fit into your life right now.
People come to coaching for many different reasons.
Some want to feel better day to day—more energy, more balance, and more comfortable in their body. Others are navigating changes like perimenopause or working to improve their health while living with conditions such as high blood pressure, prediabetes or diabetes, obesity, or autoimmune disease.
My approach is evidence-informed and collaborative, focused on translating health goals into realistic, sustainable action.
I work directly with individuals and also partner with healthcare providers, helping bridge the gap between clinical recommendations and the everyday habits that support long-term health.
Often, the biggest changes start with a simple conversation about what matters most to you.
A Little About Me
Outside of coaching, you’ll often find me traveling, spending time at the beach with my family, cooking, or moving my body through walking, running, and Pilates.
