Meet Coach Eve
The path to a fulfilling and healthy life isn't about following a rigid, one-size-fits-all plan—it's about finding your personal balance. I believe in a life where you can nourish your body, move joyfully, and still enjoy an occasional slice of pizza! Wellness should feel good, not like a chore. The most sustainable habits are the ones you genuinely want to keep. My role as your health and wellness coach is to partner with you to uncover your deep-rooted "why" for healthy living. Together, we’ll discover realistic and enjoyable ways to incorporate beneficial habits into your life exactly as it is right now. My approach is life-centered, real-world, and focused on creating actionable steps that lead to lasting, meaningful change.
I hold a bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington and am both a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) and American College of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer (ACSM-CPT).
When I’m not coaching, I enjoy spending time at the beach with my family, cooking, traveling, walking, running and doing pilates.
